7th Annual Celebrating Womanhood 2019
We at, ICACI (Indo-Canadian Arts and Culture Initiative) and GTA Northwest Community Health Services Inc. cordially invite you to attend the Annual International Woman’s Day Gala 2019 on Friday, March 8th, 2019 at Galaxy Grand Convention Centre, Brampton from 7:00 PM onwards.
“CELEBRATING WOMANHOOD” is a Gala event to inspire, honor and applaud some fabulous women. Your participation is invaluable for supporting not just women’s initiatives but also our vision, dreams and journey to fly higher. There will be great networking opportunity while celebrating!
This evening is an attempt to recognize the work and contribution of diverse Canadian women and honor them. This year we will be giving away Woman Achiever Awards in fifteen different categories, ranging from contribution in cultural arts, media, entrepreneurship to social service. In addition to this, we also provided a stress-free networking opportunity for all people present at the event in an effort to foster new collaborations.
This year’s event is also planned along similar lines and will have some inspiring multicultural performances, fashion show, a great networking opportunity with eminent speakers and an awards ceremony honoring Women Achievers from different fields.
We have invited many prominent personalities from the GTA and look forward to hearing from you. MP Sonia Sidhu, MP Ruby Sahota, MP Iqra Khalid, MP Ramesh Sangha, and Mayors of Brampton and Mississauga have been attending our events in the past and we are looking forward to their participation this year as well. We have invited mainstream and ethnic media to cover our event.
The Celebrating Womanhood Gala is in its seventh year and has been seeing a lot of support from the community. It has been a great success so far and we are sure this year’s event will have a similar response judging from the number of people who have shown a keen interest to participate.
It would be a privilege to have you as our special guests at our prestigious event that will be having multicultural diverse Canadian Communities as our guests and participants. We will look forward to having you this year with us.
